Melody supports the implementation and expansion of Concern’s humanitarian capacity-building programs, including the National NGO Program on Leadership (NNPHL), Building a Better Response (BBR) and Local Capacity Strengthening for Response (LCS4R). Before joining Concern, Melody served in multiple roles at Meridian, a global leadership nonprofit in Washington, DC, where she designed programs to strengthen collaboration between the international diplomatic corps and US public and private sectors. In addition, she has coordinated exchange programs, policy dialogues and technical workshops for donors such as the US Department of State, the US Trade and Development Agency and the private sector.
