Sanja Bebic

Sanja oversees International Medical Corps’ NGO capacity-strengthening program activities and works on management, design, delivery and evaluation of training projects across the HRTU. She has more than 20 years’ experience in cross-cultural and migrant education and refugee resettlement, and has provided technical assistance on instructional design and capacity-strengthening programming to NGOs in Africa, Asia, Europe and the Middle East.

In her various leadership positions, she has managed multi-million-dollar projects from donors such as USAID, the US Department of State and the Department of Health and Human Services, as well as private donors, and led diverse teams of staff.

Sanja has designed, delivered and evaluated hundreds of workshops globally for audiences including NGO and INGO staff, government officials, school administrators, refugees, immigrants and university students. During her time at International Medical Corps, she has managed a variety of capacity-strengthening projects for NGOs and implemented programs in more than 10 countries.
